Ginette Jones is our Business Administrator and Surgical Coordinator. She has many years of experience in the medical field with an emphasis in business. She will answer questions about fees and financing, and also schedule your surgery. She has been with Atherton Plastic Surgery for over 5 years and brings caring, understanding, and professionalism to our practice.
Nadine Nunes
Nadine Nunes, our Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant has been with the team since 2002. She will guide you throughout the entire treatment process. Nadine has a passion for patient care and is very knowledgeable in regards to our surgical procedures; nonsurgical treatments and skin care products.
Lorraine Novak
Lorraine Novak is our Front Office Coordinator. Her warm and friendly smile will greet you once you step into our office. She is delighted to schedule your appointments and will inform you about a variety of procedures and current specials that are offered at our office.
Sandra K. Ewers
Sandra K. Ewers, PA-C, is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants with special recognition in surgery. Before graduating with an M.S. degree from Wayne State University in 2000, she obtained her B.S. degree from Michigan State University with Honors. In addition to obtaining her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, she has had extensive formal training in a large variety of lasers and IPL devices. She has worked as a trainer for Allergan (BOTOX®) and Cynosure (a laser company). Sandra has many years of experience specializing solely in cosmetic treatments. Her services include: BOTOX®, Dysport; PhotoFacial/IPL, Active and Deep FX skin resurfacing, Laser Hair removal; Sclerotherapy and dermal filler injections.
Mrs. Ewers is married and has two children. She enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, running, camping, travel and gardening.

Marjan Kashi
Marjan Kashi joins Dr. Weston’s skin care practice as the medical esthetician. She offers various services including chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion, aromatherapy, Venus freeze skin tightening, skin care analysis and brow shaping. Additionally, she is a licensed electrologist offering permanent hair removal services.
Marjan obtained her B.S. degree in Clinical Science from SFSU in 1997. She holds certificates in microdermabrasion, aromatherapy and chemical peels. Marjan has 14 years of experience in advanced skin care. She has lived and worked in Iran, Sweden and the United States and brings a wealth of international experience to her work in the skin care arena. Her gentle touch and eye for beauty has already made her a favorite among our patients.
Reema Patel
Reema Patel, M.P.A,PA-C, is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a graduate of Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University. Reema has extensive experience in medical dermatology. Prior to this she worked in the emergency room as a physician assistant. Reema offers expertise in medical dermatology combined with aesthetic medicine. Reema’s passion for making her patients “look as good as they feel” is what drives her aesthetic practice. At home Reema is raising two beautiful boys with her husband and in the remaining time she loves to exercise and travel.
